Manage the party, their enemies, and the turn order. Roll initiative with 3D dice or enter the numbers yourself, then press the space bar to move to the next turn.

The TV

The players’ screen

Everyone can see whose turn it is, who’s next, and which round you’re on. Hidden enemies stay hidden until you decide to ruin their evening.

Both screens run in separate browser windows on your laptop. Plug in the TV or screen to your laptop, drag the players’ window onto it, and press F11 to go full screen.

Roll initiative with one click

Roll a 3D d20 for every creature. The tracker adds their bonuses and sorts the turn order, with ties going to the higher bonus. Press L to start the encounter. Prefer your own dice? Roll them and enter the results.

Set the scene before they sit down

Choose an atmosphere, arrange the cards, and add effects to highlight the current turn. Watch the players’ screen update as you go. Each encounter saves its own look, ready for game night.

Move the round counter, resize the cards, and put the turn order along any edge of the screen. See every change live on the players’ screen.

Layouts
Choose from five ways to arrange the initiative cards on your TV.
Atmospheres
Set the scene with drifting fog, pouring rain, an inferno, or a sky full of stars.
Turn animations
Announce each turn with a ripple, shatter, burst, slam, or strike.
Active card effects
Put a spotlight, crown, or glow on the creature taking its turn.
3D dice
Choose your dice colour and material. It won’t fix your rolls, but they’ll look good.
Game systems
Use D&D 5e initiative or Shadowdark’s turn order around the table, with monsters acting on the GM’s turn.
Campaign saves
Your campaigns stay in your browser. Export them to a file for backup or to play on another computer.

You’ll need a computer connected to a second screen and a desktop browser: Chrome, Edge, or Firefox. Older machines and TV sticks automatically use the simpler Classic effects. Real life friends not included.
